VP of Design @ Void Tech
& UX Lead for Concord AI (2023 – Present)

At Void Tech, I lead design initiatives and mentor teams across emerging tech projects.
One of my key roles was serving as UX Design Lead for Concord AI, where I crafted a crypto trading platform from the ground up.
As UX Design Lead at Concord AI, I shaped a crypto trading platform that simplifies the complex, working closely with PMs and engineers. I designed the arbitrage portal for retail users, streamlined OTC trading flows for institutional clients, and built out the admin portal for backend operations, ensuring clarity and trust across every touchpoint.

Product Strategy Research Assistant @ LINE (2023)

At LINE, I explored how Generative AI, blockchain, and Web3 could evolve into user-centered products.
I translated market trends, usability gaps, and interaction patterns into strategic insights, guiding the direction for future AI-powered features.

Global Communications Intern @ TikTok (2022)

I created digital content that helped creators navigate TikTok’s tools, from privacy features to creator monetization.
Worked across global cross-functional teams on campaigns like Internet Safety Month and TikTok Shop, and ran user interviews and surveys to ensure campaigns resonated.

UX Research & Strategy Intern @ NAVER Corp (2020 – 2021)

I connected user insights with service and marketing strategies. I led qualitative research, such as interviews, FGIs, social listening, to uncover user needs and shape content that spoke to real-life moments like secondhand markets and memes. I drove user-focused innovation through deep user research and product strategy.
